Dina Pacheco, Au.D. joined Hearing Science in 2005 and is currently working with associated ENT offices and on-site at our Rancho Cucamonga and San Bernardino locations. She has experience in diagnostic testing and the treatment and rehabilitation of hearing loss through hearing aids and assistive listening devices. Dr. Pacheco received her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders and her Master’s degree in Audiology from California State University, Los Angeles. She later earned her Doctor of Audiology degree (Au.D.) from Salus University. She is accredited by the American Speech-Language- Hearing Association (ASHA) and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) and California Academy of Audiology (CAA).

Dr. Emma Garcia, Au.D., is a clinical audiologist that has been a part of the Hearing Science family for over ten years. She received her master’s degree in audiology from California State University, Los Angeles and her doctoral degree from Salus University. Dr. Garcia is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, California Academy of Audiology, and is licensed by the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology board. She is accredited with the American Speech Language and Hearing Association.
Emma has extensive experience in the assessment of hearing loss in patients of all ages from pediatric to adults. She strives to provide patients and their families with the best possible solutions for their hearing needs with the use of sophisticated hearing device technology. She also helps school age children hear better in the classroom by the use of assisted listening devices. Dr. Garcia is fluent in English and Spanish.

Richard N. Whitaker, Au.D., is a graduate of Brigham Young University and the University of Arizona. He has experience in a variety of settings; hospitals, ENT offices, schools, and private practice. He performs diagnostics and hearing aid fittings. Dr. Whitaker has taught an aural rehab class for our private practice patients, presented as the continuing education speaker at Pomona Valley Hospital, and as a guest speaker for residents at local assisted living facilities.
Dr. Whitaker also works as a part-time professor at California State University, Los Angeles and has been published in the International Journal of Pediatric Otorhinolaryngology.

Dorothy Yamaguchi, Au.D., earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from California State University, Los Angeles. Her expertise encompasses adult and pediatric diagnostic hearing assessments, hearing aid services, and vestibular evaluations. She has worked in various clinical environments, including private practice, ENT offices, and hospitals, which has granted her extensive exposure to a wide array of hearing issues. Dr. Yamaguchi is dedicated to providing personalized care to improve the quality of life for all her patients.

Rudy Zenteno, Au.D., is a clinical audiologist who began working at Hearing Science in 2022 as an audiology assistant. He graduated from California State University, Los Angeles in 2025 with a Doctor of Audiology degree. His clinical focus is diagnostic audiology and hearing aid fitting. His approach emphasizes accurate diagnostics, evidence-based treatment, and personalized solutions to improve communication and overall quality of life.

Aileen Yang, Au.D., is a clinical audiologist that graduated from California State University, Los Angeles with her doctoral degree. Dr. Yang is licensed by the California State Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology board. At Hearing Science, she performs hearing aid fittings, diagnostic hearing assessments, hearing aid services, and hearing aid evaluations. Dr. Yang has had experience working in a hospital setting, collaborating with ENT physicians and working with patients across various age groups.

Liliana is a clinical audiologist who specializes in diagnostic audiology. She is a graduate of California State University Los Angeles and has been a part of the Hearing Science family for over 15 years. She is a fellow of the California Academy of Audiology. She is licensed by the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Board and is accredited with the American Speech Language and Hearing Association.
